We are pleased to invite our National Member Organisations (NMOs) to the annual EHC Leadership Conference taking place at the NOVOTEL Brussels City Centre Hotel, Brussels, Belgium, from Thursday, 26 June, until Sunday, 29 June 2025. The event will be conducted in English, with simultaneous interpretation into Russian available based on participant needs.
The EHC Leadership Conference aims to give EHC NMOs dedicated time to discuss key issues affecting them and the bleeding disorders community. It also fosters knowledge-sharing, allowing participants to learn from each other’s strengths, experiences, and best practices. To ensure meaningful engagement, the programme will feature interactive and hands-on activities where appropriate.
Please note that the EHC General Assembly will be held on Friday, 27 June from 11:00 to 13:00. Registration requires two separate links: one for the Leadership Conference and another specifically for the General Assembly.
We kindly invite our NMOs to send up to two representatives, ideally from the below categories:
- One senior NMO leader (e.g., President, Vice President, etc.);
- One young NMO leader (up to 30 years) who is committed to your NMO (e.g., youth group, etc.);
- One paid staff person (e.g., CEO, Director, Communications or Programmes Manager);
OR - Anyone the NMO considers suitable for the Leadership Conference, based on the programme.
The EHC acknowledges that these categories may be limiting, so NMOs have the flexibility to select representatives who will benefit most from the Leadership Conference and bring added value to their NMO. However, when selecting delegates, please keep in mind that the EHC General Assembly requires voting participation.
