Our funding
The EHC needs funds to pursue its mission on behalf of people with rare bleeding disorders. The EHC National Member Organisations pay an annual membership fee determined by the General Assembly. Besides, the EHC receives also external funding support from both public and private organisations.
Annual Financial Reporting
The EHC General Assembly meets annually and approves the organisation’s Annual Report, containing our most recent financial report. The EHC’s accounts are also audited yearly and submitted to the Belgian commercial court for publication.
Corporate Partners
The EHC accepts financial and non-monetary support with the mutual understanding that the EHC maintains its independence and makes choices based exclusively on patients’ needs and interests. The EHC follows a strict Policy on Financial Support from Corporate Sponsors and observes strict EHC Funding Practices and Principles.
In 2025, the EHC had a total of 13 pharma sponsors, supporting its overall operations from 1% to 19%.
The EHC gratefully acknowledges members of the EHC’s 2026 Corporate Giving Programme (GCP).
